You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. Exactly as described and pictured. Unit mounts with 3 screws, drywall plus are included. Unit is not well packaged for shipping although there appears to be no damage to mine thankfully. Never made any contact with store so cannot give a fair star rating for communication.
